Marketing and Social Media Specialist

Position Brief:

PHC is looking for a creative and driven Marketing and Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is responsible for developing and executing digital strategies that enhance brand awareness, increase audience engagement, and support customer acquisition.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement social media strategies across LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Create and curate content for social media, newsletters, blogs, and more.
• Manage and optimize Google Ads and SEO performance.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Collaborate with sales to develop marketing assets.
• Assist in organizing trade shows and promotional events.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Familiarity with SEO, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
• Creative thinker, trend-aware, and results-driven.
• Valid driver’s license.
