We are seeking a motivated and experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. As an integral part of our sales force, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in your assigned territory. This role offers an exciting opportunity to represent 120+ year experts in the polyester film industry and to build strong relationships with customers across various industries.
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand customer base in the assigned territory.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate polyester film solutions to meet their requirements.
• Provide product information, pricing, and technical support to customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and support.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and updates on sales activities.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities.
• Proven track record in outside sales, preferably in the plastics, packaging, or industrial materials industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
