·         Custom finished orders are slit, sheeted or die cut from our large master roll inventory and shipped to you within 72 hours after receipt of order.

·         Special items not in our inventory will be produced to order in master rolls or finished to customer specifications.

Total coordination of customer service, inventory planning, and production scheduling personnel within our central office allows order entry, inventory reservation, scheduling and shipping date confirmation to be completed within minutes. This allows us to provide you with accurate and dependable finishing and shipping of your order.

The most modern "state of the art" equipment is installed at our converting facilities. Only the latest technology, including proprietary features have been employed by our engineering staff in designing machines to achieve the very best possible precision slitting performance.

Slit to width rolls are available from ¹/₄ inch to 120 inches. A full range of core sizes and roll lengths are available.

Cut to size sheets are available up to 67 inches wide and 143 inches long. Sheets can be guillotined cut for precision trimming and supplied with or without tissue interleave.

Die cut pieces are custom fabricated in a variety of configurations to individual customer specifications.

Full range of finishing capabilities including toll slitting, toll sheeting, and toll die cutting are available on an individual order or contract basis using your exact specifications.

Each step in the Pilcher Hamilton finishing process from master roll inspection through packaging is monitored and inspected in accordance with individual customer specification guidelines.
